Responsibilities:
- To set up and implement the service strategy to increase the service culture, service awareness and service development across BII
- To control and ensure that the quality of the service across BII achieve the Customer Satisfaction Survey Index which is already set by the business.
- Initiate, lead and drive Lean or improvement project across the Functions in Branches and Operations to increase their productivity.
- Improve the quality of service for Security, Customer Service, Teller and all people in Branches and Operations.
- Develop and conduct motivation and training program as yearly program for branches team to increase service awareness and performance
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): 5 years experience in service area, local or multinational company, strong leadership skills to lead project across the business, have very good presentation skill, have good knowledge in banking operations., Willing to travelling.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
