Profil Sejarah Bank BJB
Loker Surakarta – Profil Sejarah Bank BJB (form erly known as Bank Jabar Banten) is a LOCAL Government-owned bank of West Java and Banten head quartered in Bandung. The Bank was founded on May 20, 1961,with the form of a limited liability company (PT), laterin its development changed status to Regional owned enterprises (BUMD). The Bank currently has 62 Offices BJB, 304 Branch Office Helpers, 140 cash office, 987 BJB, 103 ATM Payment Point, 4 regional offices, and 473 Waroeng BJB.
PT Bank regional development in West Java and Banten Tbk. became a foreign exchange bank as of 2 August 1990. BJB Bank CEO today is Bien Subiantoro.
Establishment of the BPD Jawa Barat effected by the Government regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 33/1960 concerning the determination of the company in Indonesia belonged to the Netherlands nationalized. One of the companies belonging to the Netherlands based in Bandung who nationalized is De Nederlansche Erste Indische Share holding N.V., amortgage bank.
As a follow-up to the enactment of the REGULATION, the Government of West Java province with a notary deed Noezar the number 152 on 21 March 1961 and no. 184 dated 13 May 1961 and was confirmed withthe decision letter of the Governor of West Java province number 7/GKDH/BPD/61 on May 20, 1961, setting up a regional development Bank Works PD in West Java with a capital base for the first time comes from the region of Rp 2,500,000 cash fare.
To improve the legal position Of the regional development Banks in West Java, issued regulations for The Province of West Java, number 11/PD-DPRD/72 dated 27 June 1972 concerning the legalposition of the Bank Of the West Java regional development as the company moves in the fieldregional banking.
Further more through West Java Regulation number 1/DP-040/PD/1978 on June 27, 1978, the name of the Bank's regional development Works PD in West Java regional development Bank was changed to West Java.
In 1992, the activities of the West Java regional development banks increased to a public bank foreign exchange based on the decision letter of the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No. 25/84/KEP/DIR dated2 November 1992 and based on Perda No. 11/1995 with Bank Jabar along with a new logo.
