Loker Surakarta - Tambangraya Megah was established in 1987 as a limited liability company, then in 2007 it was acquired by Banpu Group Thailand and later in December 2007became a public company. Through PT CentralinkWisesa Banpu International has a 77,60% share, PT Buana Sigma Brilliantly 2.40% and the rest is stock community.
In 2008, the shares of PT Centralink Wisesa International diverted to Banpu Minerals (Singapore)Pte. Ltd. Of 73,72% and the share of public stocks being 26, 28%. In 2010, Banpu Minerals (Singapore)PTe. Ltd. sold its shares to the public as 8,72% and retains ownership of the majority of 65% and the restof the community with a low number of owned more than 5% each.
