2011 – in January 2011, PT Indofood CBP ProsperousSuccesses, PT Gizindo Primanusantara, PT Indosentra, PT Indobiskuit Mandiri Rainbow Makmur and PT Ciptakemas Abadi merged completely with the status of a public company (Tbk) to PT Indofood CBPProsperous Successes of PT Salim Ivomas Tbk. Pratama(SIMP), a subsidiary of the company's direct and indirect, doing an IPO was followed by the recording of stocks on the BEI on June 9, 2011.
2013 – completed its acquisition of PT Indobeverages, the Pepsi-Cola company that produces branded soft drinks Pepsi, 7 Up and so on. This acquisition made by PT Indofood Asahi Successful Beverage and PT Indofood Asahi Beverage Prospered, each of which is 51% and 49% owned by the ICBP.
