• Usia maksimal 33 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal Sarjana S1 dari universitas terkemuka.
• Nilai IPK minimal 3,00, pada skala point 4.
• Jurusan hukum.
• Mempunyai  2 tahun pengalaman kerja dibidang General Affair atau hal-hal Hukum
• Wajib, Skor TOEFL minimal 550.
• Mampu memecahkan masalah tanpa pengawasan dan inisiatif tinggi.
• Mempunyai kemampuan interpersonal yang baik.
