In 2008, the Bank undertook a limited public offering IV (PUT) amounting to Rp. 116,75 Billion which is accompanied by the issuance of Warrants Series V amounting to Rp. 66,97 billion. In 2011, the Bank adds capital through limited public offering without the right ordering effects in advance of Rp 58 billion Right Issue is Rp. 195 Billion, Exercise WarranRp 8 billion. By 2013, the number of shares of the Bank amounted to 6.6 Billion shares.

• 
  
• Review each document about the legal aspects of the customer.
• Ask for an incomplete legal documents to theAccounts Officer/Branch Leader.
• Apply (orders) the binding process of credit tocustomers.
• Monitor the process of settlement of the creditagreement, the certificate binding of collateral andcollateral documents to the Notary.
• Coordinating and implementing binding Creditscheduled between clients (borrowers), banks andnotary.
• Prepare and submit the Check List, Cover Note, notary,Offering Letter, Installment and Credit Files to thework units Of Administration for the disbursement ofloans.
• Monitor the process of binding the credits committed by the notary and the suitability of the process agreed upon time period.

Persyaratan:

• Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal S1.
• Jurusan Hukum dari universitas terkemuka.
• Nilai IPK minimal 3,00.
• Mempunyai 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di posisi terkait di perbankan.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.
• Mampu bekerjasama dengan team.
• Loyalitas dan pekerja keras.
