JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purchase request process/commands from other departments and work closely with them to determine the specifications for equipment, materials, andservices to be purchased
- Search for potential vendors/suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and contact them tocollect information about the products to be ordered.
- Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
- Prepare the invitation form-of-bid, and form mail tovendor/supplier
- Prepare Purchase orders for the vendors/suppliers in the system and send a copy to the vendor/supplierand the derived demand.
- Contact vendors/suppliers to schedule or expeditedeliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Track the status of an official request, contract, and commands
Persyaratan
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma D3.
- Semua jurusan.
- Mempunyai 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang terkait.
- Faham diri dalam Clerical atau Administrative.
- Faham tentang cara penganggaran dan akuntansi.
- Mempunyai keterampilan administrasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan sistem ERP, sebaiknya JD Edwards.
- Mempunyai keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
