Profile PT Kimia Farma persero
Chemical Company is Farma pharmaceutical industry first in Indonesia that was established by the Government of Netherlands East Indies in 1817. The name of the company was at first is NV Chemicalien Handle Rathkamp & co. based on the wisdom of the nationalization of the former Netherlands company in the early days of independence, in 1958, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia number offoundries do pharmaceutical
companies into PNF(State Pharmaceutical Company) Chemical Bhinneka Farma. Then on 16 August 1971, form of legal entitythe PNF was transformed into a limited liability company, so the name was changed to PT KimiaFarma (Persero).
On July 4, 2001, PT Kimia Farma (Persero) again changed its status into a public company, PT KimiaFarma (Persero) Tbk, in the writing of the next referred to the company. Along with these changes, the company has been listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya stock exchange (now the two exchanges have been merged and is now known as Indonesia stock exchange). Armed with the experience over the decades, the company has developed into acompany with integrated health services in Indonesia.The company has increasingly taken into account its action in development and nation-building, in particular the development of public health Indonesia.
