Tugas :
  • Review and update the SOP, a form of training.
  • Review the request for training and conduct trainingneeds analysis.
  • Collect data from list of talent.
  • Prepare all the training (from the beginning until the evaluation).
  • Make a note of the training.
  • To make data from training providers.

Persyaratan :

  • Maximum age 35 years.
  • Holds a Bachelor degree (S1) with a minimum 2.75GPA.
  • At least 3 years experience in related field, preferablyfrom the manufacturing company.
  • Have sufficient knowledge in the field of HUMAN RESOURCES, particularly in the training and development of the region.
  • Have experience as a Trainer (soft or hard skill skill) willbe an advantage.
  • Have a successful experience in dealing with all levels of staff, including senior managers and subordinates.
  • Both in leadership, communication, innovation andteamwork.
  • Will work in the area of Tangerang (Lippo Karawaci)and perform some tasks in factories around Jakarta.
