PT Perikanan Nusantara Persero
Loker Surakarta – PT Perikanan Nusantara (BUMN) was formed based on the Government Regulation (PP) No. 21 in 1998 and is the result of a merger of four STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES engaged in the fishery, i.e. PT Effort Mina (Persero), PT Perikanan (Persero), PT Tirta Raya Mina (Persero) and PT Perikanan Samudra Besar (Persero).
The merger was carried out through the general meeting of share holders (GMS) is remarkable on 27 October 2005 and stated in the Notarial No. 8 and no. 9 dated May 8, 2006 which was made before the notary public of Muhammad Hanafi, S.H. in Jakarta.The company has been officially registered since the appearance of the Minister of Justice and human rights No. 16842-C.HT. at 00.2006 June 9, 2006.
The complexity of the problems of the four State-owned enterprises (SOEs) previous Fisheries constitute a very valuable learning not to happen again for PT Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) currently or in the future. The failure of the company basically happened because of "Mismanagement" in the management of assets (tangible assets intangible) including human resources (HR) and liabilities (liabilities/debt). Also, be aware of the weaknesses and problems during the process and after the merger into PT Perikanan Nusantara, is a constraint in the Bank company.
