Profile PT Petro Jordan Abadi
Loker Surakarta – PT Petro Jordan Abadi Company Joint Venture between Jordan Phospate Mines co., PLC (Jordan) and PT Petrokimia Gresik (Indonesia), with each of the 50% capital investment. The establishment of PT Petro Jordan Abadi as A Joint Venture Company stated on the articles of Association No. 03 dated September 24,2010 and has been endorsed by the Minister of Justiceand human rights on October 21, 2010.
Currently Jordan is Enduring Petro PT implement construction of phosphoric acid plant and its supporting products, which has started since January 10, 2012 for a period of 30 months, so it is expected to be operational in July 2014. The overall project costsfunded by equity Banks and PKG and JPMC loans withDebt-Equity ratio of 70: 30 percent. The loan obtained from Bank Mandiri with a Syndicate of USD 129million.
The main products of PT Petro Jordan Abadi is the phosphoric acid with a capacity of 200,000 MTPY andproducts such as Cement Retarder or (Gypsum grains)with a capacity of 550,000 MTPY. In addition, PT Petro Jordan also has a Perennial plant with capacity of 600,000 sulfuric acid MTP. Phosphoric acid and the products produced by its own Eternal Jordan Petro PT allocated for fulfilment of requests for phosphoric acidplant, the CPC still imported from abroad.
