Company Overview PT United Tractors Tbk
United Tractors (UT/company) is the largest heavy equipment distributor and leading in Indonesia that provides products from famous brands such as Komatsu, UD Trucks, Scania, Bomag, Tadano, and Komatsu Forest.
We are a company with a long history. Founded on October 13, 1972, UT performing initial public offering shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya stock exchange on 19 September 1989, using the name of PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR), with PT Astra International Tbk as the majority shareholder. Initial public offering of shares of Prime marks the commitment of United Tractors in order to become a world class company-based solutions in the field of heavy equipment, mining and energy to provide benefits for stakeholders.
Our distribution network currently includes 19 branch offices, 22 Office advocates, and 11 representative offices across the country. Not satisfied with just being the largest heavy equipment distributor in Indonesia, the company also play an active role in the field of mining and recently has started coal mining venture. UT run various of its business through three business units: construction machinery, Mining and mining.
United Tractors in support of mining companies in Indonesia by providing mining through PT Pamapersada Nusantara ("PAMA"), which was established in 1989. Have a high competence in the field of mining engineering, exploration, mining, transport, transport by road through streams and shipments, the mine owners for PAMA utilizing the potential of natural resources since the beginning of the process of the feasibility study, infrastructure development, exploitation and expansion of the mine.
United Tractors run coal mining venture through her business, PT Tuah Turangga Agung ("TTA"). As a parent of business unit mining, TTA holds ownership of a number of concessions to coal mine with an estimated total reserves amounted to 400 million tons (combined reserve) which consists of high quality coal and high quality.
