History
Indo Tambangraya Megah was established in 1987 asa limited liability company, then in 2007 it was acquired by Banpu Group Thailand and later in December 2007 became a public company. Through PT Centralink Wisesa Banpu International has a 77,60% share, PT Buana Sigma Brilliantly 2.40% and the rest isstock community.
In 2008, the shares of PT Centralink WisesaInternational diverted to Banpu Minerals (Singapore)Pte. Ltd. Of 73,72% and the share of public stocksbeing 26, 28%. In 2010, Banpu Minerals (Singapore)PTe. Ltd. sold its shares to the public as 8,72% and retains ownership of the majority of 65% and the restof the community with a low number of owned more than 5% each.

Business Review
The scope of business includes operations of ITM coal mining, processing and logistics are integrated inIndonesia. The company controlled the majorityshareholdings in seven subsidiaries and operates sixmining concessions in Kalimantan Island, includingEast Kalimantan province, Central and southern. ITMalso owns and operates the Bontang Coal Terminal(BoCT), three ports of unloading and the BontangPlant.
The seven companies are PT Indominco Mandiri, PTTrubaindo Coal Mining PT Jorong Barutama Greston,PT Kitadin (Embalut), PT Bharinto Ekatama and PTKitadin (horns of the Mayang), PT Indonesia and PTITM Mining Kingdom Effort Tama.
