SIS started its action in 1991 as a heavy equipment subcontractor by the name of Dianlia Setyamukti, who went along with the growth of the company increased to mining contractors and working on some of them for PT Adaro Indonesia and PT Berau Coal. In 2002, the shareholders and the management agreed to move all operational activity that includes labor and asset gradually become a true Us PT (SIS) and was acquired by PT Adaro Energy in 2008.
